Please note: Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day. However, dispatch to all countries can take up to 48 hours, excluding weekends & bank holidays.
Bulky heavy items will incur a delivery charge of £4.95 in the UK and $10 in the US. For all other countries shipping charges are calculated at Checkout.
For some items we despatch them directly from the product manufacturer and we will confirm details when you place your order.
Customs Fees (international orders only)
Your order will be dispatched from the UK and may incur custom fees. It is your responsibility to pay the custom fees in order to receive the goods. The shipping provider will contact you directly to notify you of this. By confirming the order at checkout, you acknowledge that you will not be refunded for your delivery charge should you not wish to pay the custom fee.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We operate a “No Quibble” 30 calendar days policy to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
