At Looking After, we have a fantastic network of carers who love getting together, sharing their stories and supporting each other. We hold regular online group sessions which give you the opportunity to meet with other carers and join our supportive community.

Looking After facilitates local support groups and online forums where you can meet other carers like you.

We always receive positive feedback from carers telling us how much they enjoy the sessions and how valuable it is to speak with other people who understand their situation and are facing the same issues.

Our sessions are held at various times of the day and evening, session dates are updated each month.
